Shortly after Real Warri Pikin’s weight loss became a hot topic on social media, the comedian, in a widely circulated video, spilled the beans on the reasons behind her choice to undergo surgery, shedding light on various aspects of the decision.

The media personality revealed that she underwent a gastric sleeve surgery, where 80% of her stomach was removed to foster a healthier relationship with food.

Warri Pikin shared her struggles as a plus-sized woman, citing health issues like sleeplessness, breathlessness, knee pain, and severe headaches..

Addressing critics who labeled her as “ugly” and “old” post-weight loss, the comedian dismissed their comments, emphasizing that her health takes precedence over such opinions.

Her words;

“I dey see all una comments, ‘ehn she no look fine again’, that is not important, ‘she looks old, she looks sick’, ehn if that’s your definition of me being healthy, so be it. Everybody needs to be healthy.”
