Kunle Remi’s wedding: Bimbo Ademoye ecstatic as she plays best man, Layi spotted among groomsmen (VIDEO)

Kunle Remi, a rising star in the contemporary Nollywood scene, left a trail of shattered hearts amongst his female admirers as he bid farewell to bachelorhood. The actor recently walked down the aisle with the love of his life, while his 'Anikulapo' sidekick, Bimbo Ademoye, couldn't contain her excitement about being the best man. The wedding extravaganza, attended by Layi and a constellation of movie stars, turned into a blockbuster celebration of love.


Nollywood is in festive spirits as Kunle Remi, a cherished member of the industry, Kunle Remi embarked on a traditional journey of marital bliss, tied the knot with his wife Tiwi on this significant Friday, January 19.

After throwing a denim-themed cocktail bash on Thursday, January 18, to mark the eve of their wedding, the couple were captured in traditional attire in videos surfacing online.

Nollywood actress, Bimbo Ademoye, having formed a close bond with Kunle since their collaboration on Anikulapo, stood witness as her colleague ceremoniously tied the knot in a traditional celebration.

In a video shared on her page, Bimbo was seen donning a stylish white agbada alongside Kunle, expressing her joy at his wedding.

The actress, who played the role of his best man, shared her excitement, stating;

“My brother is hitched !!. Best man duties . I’m so happy right now . . Thank you God for such a beautiful day.” 

Another video capturing skit maker Layi Wasabi and other groomsmen, including Kunle Remi, at the wedding also circulated widely.

The wedding ceremony was also attended by Kunle’s friends including Deyemi Okanlawon and Daniel Etim-Effiong.

The couple had on Thursday, organised a pre-wedding party which was attended by their friends and colleagues including Daniel Etim-Effiong, Mofe Duncan, Efa Iwara and Eso Dike.

Kunle also shared a photo of himself and his partner Tiwi on Instagram on Fridayposing in a similar setting with Saro and his love interest in Anikulapo, Arolake, played by Bimbo Ademoye.
