Nigerian film actress cum movie producer, Bimbo Adebayo has been injured in a ghastly car accident.

The tragic incident was said to have occurred in Lagos on Sunday evening, while on her way home.

A video of the damaged car which appears to have somersaulted was uploaded on social media on Tuesday.

It has been reported that a family member confirmed Bimbo Adebayo sustained external injuries and is still under close examination.

Bimbo has produced movies such as Oja Iro, Egungun Eja, Jenrola, Preserved, Generation and Ife Ofege.

The music executive told his colleagues and fans that he is okay following fearful reactions, after the news of his accident filtered on social media.
