Recall that Sophia Momodu shared some dazzling photos of herself on Instagram a few moments after a video of Chioma’s arrival in Nigeria for the first time since welcoming her twins trended online.
The photos subsequently fell under thorough scrutiny as a man identified as @hayce30bg on Instagram took it upon himself to ascertain the authenticity of the Hermes handbag she posed with.
He subsequently reached out to Hermes via their IG handle and they confirmed that Sophia’s own wasn’t original.
Taking to social media, the man shared the screenshot of the chat while ridiculing Sophia Momodu.
He wrote:
“Please whats the name and amount of that bag she carried on that her new MID picture she just posted??
This is 2024 please SAY NO TO FAKE OUTFITS AND BAGS”
“2024 and you still buying grade C fake Hermes from Aba store.”

While sharing the photos that triggered the drag, Sophia Momodu accompanied them with a powerful message.
