Afrobeats Superstar Davido has responded to those criticising his lyrics on Kizz Daniel’s hit song ‘Twe Twe.’
WITHIN NIGERIA recalls having reported the drop of the new single by the two music stars on various social media platforms on Thursday, January 25.
However, Davido’s verse on the new version received widespread disapproval, with renowned Twitter critic Daniel Regha bluntly labeling the song as terrible.

It seems the criticisms got to the DMW label boss, who recently bagged a Grammy nomination as he hailed his pen game instead..
The OBO Crooner, in a tweet via his X formerly Twitter handle, wrote:

In other news, Martins Otse also known as VeryDarkman recently accused music executive, Ubi Franklin of defrauding an upcoming artiste using music star, Davido’s name.
But the Triple MG boss reacted with a terse statement hinting that he will not give room for anybody to tarnish his image or ruin the year for him.
VeryDarkman had narrated how a promising singer and his manager reached out to Ubi Franklin to help him get a good feature for his music.
In a viral video, the activist said Franklin asked the musician and his manager and to send him N2 million as proof of their seriousness. VDM also claimed that the music executive asked to send another N5 million so he could speak to Davido to hop on a song with the young artiste.
In response through his Instagram page, Ubi Franklin made it known that he is unfazed by any scandal in the new year. He promised that 2024 would be a prosperous year for him.
