Controversial street singer Habeeb Okikiola, also known as Portable, has stated that his song ‘Zazu’ went viral before Olamide remixed it in 2021.
He asserted that Olamide would not have assisted him if he was not popular and his song had not gone viral.
Speaking on the most recent episode of the Bae U Barbi show, portable refuted rumors that he has been basking on the wave of ‘Zazu’ since becoming famous, stating that he has created other hit songs and two albums since stardom.
He said:
“Since when we did dropped ‘Zazu’ with Baddo [Olamide], that one has gone [sic]. I am the one they [fans] are listening to, I am dropping back to back. If you don’t drop again, they will forget you. If I don’t drop again, they won’t hear me. That is why I am putting more energy.
“It is because I was popular that made Olamide help me. If I wasn’t popular, they won’t help me. ‘Zazu’ blew worldwide. My freestyle went viral”.
In another news, Portable accuses NURTW chieftain Koko Zaria of using his son for rituals, sleeping with his Babymama.
Zazuu, in explosive viral videos, ranted passionately, claiming Koko Zaria got down and dirty with his Babymama, Keji, right under the nose of their innocent one-year-old son.
Portable claimed that during an event in Oshodi, Koko Zaria invited Keji, and according to the singer, an intimate incident occurred.
According to the singer, the Lagos Transport guru was allegedly caught inappropriately touching his son’s head, prompting the singer to suspect potential ritualistic intentions involving the child.
Portable wrapped up the video by cautioning Koko Zaria against getting on his bad side. He asserted that he stands apart from MC Oluomo, accused Koko Zaria of being involved in inappropriate relationships, including sleeping with other people’s wives
