Renowned Nigerian economist and Director-General of the World Trade Organization (WTO), Dr. Ngozi Okonjo-Iweala, has extended her well wishes to the Super Eagles, ahead of their semi-final match against South Africa in the ongoing African Cup of Nations (AFCON).

Okonjo-Iweala, the former Nigerian Minister of Finance, expressed her confidence in the team’s abilities and urged them to secure victory in the semi-finals to advance to the finals of the prestigious tournament.

The Nigerian national football team (Super Eagles) are set to face South Africa at Stade Bouaké in Bouaké, Ivory Coast.
