Reality TV star Tacha Akide recently expressed her belief that she would almost place Burna Boy above Beyoncé in terms of musical prowess.
She stated this during her radio show on Cool FM Nigeria, Lagos, stating that while Beyoncé is undeniably a musical powerhouse and an icon, Burna Boy’s unique style, afrofusion sound, and undeniable impact on the global music scene make him a standout artist worthy of recognition on an equal pedestal.
Tacha said:
“If it wasn’t that Beyoncé is Beyoncé, I would almost place Burna Boy ahead of her. Because nobody performs like Burna Boy.
“Have you seen Burna Boy perform? Burna Boy is on the same level with any international artist. Burna Boy has no bad song.”

Tacha is not the first person to place Burna Boy on the same level with an international singer, a podcast host had asserted that the singer is on the same level with Michael Jackson.
He stated to the audience in his podcast that Burnaboy is not on the same level as Wizkid or Davido, and that the guy they should be comparing Burnaboy to the late singer Michael Jackson.
The host also stated that Burnaboy was far too gifted to be paired with people like Wizkid and Davido.
Alluding to his superiority over them, he disclosed that there are two groups: the Big Two and Burnaboy.
