“Dear doctors, be kinder” – Biodun Stephen appeals to Nigerian hospitals who are cold to their patients

Biodun Stephen issues out a quick announcement to Nigerian hospitals and doctors.

Actress Biodun Stephen voices her concern over the treatment of patients in Nigerian hospitals, urging doctors and medical professionals to demonstrate more compassion and kindness towards those in their care.

In her heartfelt appeal, she emphasized the importance of empathy and understanding in the healthcare sector.

She also informed Nigerian hospitals that most patients dislike visiting them, just as they dislike seeing their patients.

She wrote on her Instagram page:

Dear doctors, I know this country does not give you the credit you deserve, but the patients need your warmth in consulting with them. You do not need to be friendly, though. I believe it’s a plus. But aloofness and coldness does not come with the medical practice. Do better. Be kinder.”

“ Dear hospital, the feeling is mutual. I do not like coming to you either, but sometimes life forces us to be in your presence. When I do come to you, tell your people not to treat me like a livestock. You are not doing me a favor. It is a paid service. Thank you.”

In another story, Biodun Stephen locks horns with ’area boys’, crew member almost stabbed .
