Davido got a taste of the Grammy spotlight with three nominations, lost all, but made the most of the night by hitting up the after-party in United States.
Korra Obidi was also at the Grammys, but in a recent live chat with fans, she dished on her bitter encounter at Davido’s after-party, revealing she got the deepest cold shoulder ever.
In the Live clip, the mother of two revealed that she snagged a pass to OBO’s after-party thanks to one of his aides. She had a brief encounter and exchanged pleasantries with the Afrobeats singer himself, and said she also enjoyed a close-up view of Chris Brown at the party.
However, she mentioned feeling a bit uneasy during the party, She made it clear she wasn’t tipsy, but took a breather in the restroom to regain her composure.
To her utter disbelief, Korra recounted how a security guard, who had been giving her strange vibes at the party, barged into the restroom and demanded she leave immediately.
According to her, despite her protests, she found herself unceremoniously dumped outside in the freezing weather without her bags or jacket.
Korra averred she couldn’t hold back the tears as she recounted how the security guards literally tossed her out, she claimed happened right in front of Davido and Chris Brown who witnessed the whole drama unfold.
She revealed that the event haunted her for nights, leading her to go on a blocking spree, cutting off everyone associated with the incident, including Davido. Korra disclosed that it was only when Davido reached out to her recently that she finally decided to unblock him.
