The match, held on Sunday, February 11, saw the Super Eagles unexpectedly defeated 2-1 by their Ivorian counterparts.

Daniel Regha expressed his disappointment with Nigeria’s display on the field.

One of the major points of contention for him was the perceived lack of a midfield presence in the Super Eagles’ lineup.

According to Daniel Regha, the Ivory Coast team managed to exert control over the game, leaving Nigeria seemingly unable to assert themselves in the crucial midfield battle.

The controversial personality went on to critique the tactical approach of the Super Eagles’ coach.

He claimed that the coach lacked tactical flexibility, suggesting that this deficiency contributed to the team’s subpar performance on the field.
