- Davido appears to be taking things in his stride, as seen in his recent post, following Burna Boy’s savage dig at him online.
- In a heated spat with a troll over his recent Grammy letdown, Burna threw shade at the OBO Crooner, dubbing him a joke.
The celebrated Afrobeats icon, David Adeleke, also known as Davido, has responded on social media following mockery from his colleague Burna Boy regarding his Grammy loss.
Recall that in a recent Twitter spat, Burna Boy squared up against a netizen who dropped the Yoruba bomb “Ode,” implying fool.
Burna Boy wasted no time hitting back, making it clear that the person in the user’s profile picture (Davido) was the actual joke, not him.
Several hours later, Davido took to his verified Instagram account today, February 12th, 2023, to declare that he’s all about spreading good vibes and positive energy.
He wrote; “Power of positivity.”

In other news, Nigerian rapper, Tochukwu Ojogwu, popularly known as Odumodublvck, has condemned the constant social media backlash directed at the General Overseer of the Redeemed Christian Church of God, Pastor Enoch Adeboye.
Adeboye recently came under heavy fire on social media after he was reported to have said “Nigeria’s problems are spiritual”.
However, reacting to the backlash against the RCCG leader, Odumodublvck noted that Muslims don’t insult their clerics the way Christians do.
He said Adeboye deserves to be respected by Christian youths even by the virtue of his age.
On his X handle, Odumodublvck wrote: “Pastor Adeboye never insulted no one on this app.
“You do not see Muslims come out to insult their clerics. Then later we complain that our religion is being stepped on.
“Even based on age wise, una no fit follow una papa talk the way una dey follow Adeboye talk. And he senior una papa and mama.
“That’s why I never rated you n*ggas on this app. Una double standards choke.”
