‘Muslims don’t insult their clerics’ – Odumodublvck cautions Christian youths attacking Pastor Adeboye

Odumodublvck condemns the constant social media backlash directed at the General Overseer of the Redeemed Christian Church of God, Pastor Enoch Adeboye.

In a recent social media post, popular Nigerian artist Odumodublvck, has urged Christian youths to desist from insulting their clerics.

The artist highlights the fact that Muslims have shown immense respect for their clerics and religious leaders, and suggests that Christians should follow suit.

Recall that “The Redeemed Christian Church of God” leader, pastor Adeboye was widely chastised on social media for allegedly saying, “Nigeria’s problems are spiritual”.

Reacting to the criticism, Odumodublvck cautions against the recent wave of attacks against the man of God, and emphasizes the importance of fostering  respect within the Christian religious sphere.

He stated that Adeboye deserved to be honored by Christian youth, especially because of his age.

Taking to his X handle, Odumodublvck wrote:

“Pastor Adeboye never insulted no one on this app.

“You do not see Muslims come out to insult their clerics. Then later we complain that our religion is being stepped on.

Even based on age wise, una no fit follow una papa talk the way una dey follow Adeboye talk. And he senior una papa and mama.

“That’s why I never rated you n*ggas on this app. Una double standards choke.”

In another story, Odumodublvck vows to end rift between Burna Boy and Shatta Wale.

Recall in 2022, Burna and Shatta threw words, accusations and counter-accusations at each other after the Ghanaian star bashed all Nigerian musicians.

The back and forth between both artistes became so vile as Burna even challenged Shatta Wale to a physical fight at any location of his choosing.

In a recent X (formerly Twitter) post, Odumodublvck conveyed his eagerness to reconcile the two singers and fortify the bond between Nigeria and Ghana.

He wrote, “NIGERIA AND GHANA WILL NEVER FIGHT UNDER MY WATCH. NA ME GO UNITE SHATTA WALE AND BURNA.”
