Eagle-eyed netizens recenty caught wind of Mr Eazi’s spicy move: he recently hit the unfollow button on Joeboy’s page, over on Instagram.

A swift check on Mr Eazi’s page confirmed the buzz: the record label boss is no longer following his former artist, Joeboy.

However, what’s really got the online world buzzing is Temi Otedola, Mr Eazi’s wife’s decision to also unfollow her husband’s Ex-signee.

Former EmPawa signee and Alcohol singer Joeboy caught many by surprise recently when he announced that he was no longer an artist on former record label boss Mr Eazi’s roster. 

During a recent interview with Joey Akan, Joeboy noted that he left Mr Eazi’s label by mutual consent.

Hr revealed that disagreements or quarrels didn’t spur his exit. Instead, it was based on a conflict of interest.

Joeboy signed a dual deal with global music giant, Warner Music. The dual deal sees Joeboy launch his record label called Young Legend as well as being Warner Music’s latest flagship artist.

The 26-year-old singer joined Empawa Music seven years ago and gained prominence with the release of his hit single, ‘Baby.’

The talented music super star released his EP titled Love and Light in 2019 which comprises ‘Baby’, ‘Beginning’, ‘Don’t Call Me Back’, ‘All For You’ and ‘Blessings’.

He was nominated for the Next Rated category at the 2019 Headies Awards but lost to Rema.
