Rick Ross reveals plans to celebrate African artistes, culture


American rap star, William Leonard Roberts II better known as Rick Ross has expressed his intention to show love to the President of Nigeria, Bola Ahmed Tinubu. He stated that Nigeria is an “amazing country”, hence the need to celebrate its leader.

The Maybach Music Group boss who made this known in a video making the rounds online noted that he also wants to bring attention to the Nigerian culture.

The hip-hop legend said he wants to show love to world leaders and shine a light on global cultures, beginning with Nigeria and its leader, President Bola Ahmed Tinubu.

Rick Ross said:

“I want to show love to the presidents of some of these amazing countries. I just want to bring attention to the cultures and amazing artistes. Let’s start with Nigeria: Bola Tinubu!”

It was reported earlier that Rick Ross left fans excited with the possibility of a collaborating with some Nigerian musicians.

The Hip Hop mogul hinted that he is giving some thought to working with Nigerian music stars Asake, Portable, Odumodublvck, South Africa’s Uncle Waffles, and Ghanaian star, Amaarae.

Rick Ross dropped the hint in a video shared through his Instagram page where he also said that he would love to put with other African artistes this year.

Other features expected to appear in his upcoming studio album titled ‘Champagne Moments’ are Ghana’s Stonebwoy, Black Sheriff, and Nasty C from South Africa.
