Hardship: ‘I miss Buhari’ – Comedian, MC Pashun

MC Pashun stated that the current economic hardship is making him miss the former president of Nigeria, Buhari

MC and comedian Pashun acknowledged that, given the struggles Nigerians are currently facing, he misses President Muhammadu Buhari.

Pashun revealed that while he may have criticized Buhari in the past, he now finds himself missing the former leader.

He acknowledged that while the nation’s economy wasn’t all that strong under President Buhari, it has gone worse under the administration of President Bola Tinubu.

The comic bemoaned how every time there is a change in government, things in the country only become worse.

Speaking to the audience at a recent event, MC Pashun said:

I’m tired of this country [Nigeria]. Things keep getting worse with each change of government.

“It’s as if politicians hold meetings on how to make the masses suffer. Every new government will make you miss the last one.

“If I was told that I would miss Buhari, I wouldn’t believe it. I miss Buhari. He was a father to us. He made a couple of reckless decisions but his successor, Tinubu is doing the finishing work.

Nigerians are lamenting. There’s no peace in the country. Tinubu is stressing everybody. The whole country is stressed.”

Similarly, singer Skales had cried out over worsening economic hardship, asked if there is nobody to save Nigeria from crashing.

Taking to his Twitter page, Skales threw an open question, wondering if there was anyone capable of offering viable solutions to the government to address the alarming situation.

Skales pointed out the increasing hardships faced by Nigerians, referencing recent protests in various parts of the country where people voiced their frustrations over hunger and the soaring prices of essential commodities.

“Isn’t there like anyone with solutions to help this government save Nigeria from crashing?” Skales wrote.
