The Nollywood legend disclosed this while speaking in a video, revealing that she is currently going through a lot of challenges and has been unable to afford a decent accommodation.

Mama Ajirotutu, known for playing ‘witchy roles’ in Yoruba movies disclosed she lives in a one room apartment in Ikorodu.

The 67 year old asked well meaning Nigerians to give her money and better accommodation, adding that she’d love to produce a movie to make money but she is too broke.

In Mama Ajirotutu’s words:

“I only have fame, I don’t have money. I am going through a lot of challenges. I can’t afford to complete the work on my house in Ikorodu. I live in a one room apartment. I wish to produce a movie to make money but I am broke. Please have mercy on me, I need money and good accomodation”

Reacting in a blog’s comment section, actors Aremu Afolayan and Olatayo Amokade aka Ijebuu promised to help.
