Veteran Nollywood actor Pete Edochie has spoken out against the violence abuse of women, stating that men who hit women aren’t fit to be called a man.

While filming a commercial for Life Lager beer, the actor revealed that his birthday is on March 8, International Women’s Day.

Pete Edochie highlighted the importance of women in creating a warm and loving home environment, stating that “a house only becomes a home when a woman moves in.”

Pete Edochie counseled men that a woman’s power is found in her words and that a man is not worthy to be called a man if he hits a woman out of frustration.

He continued by saying that any man who can get along with a woman is capable of leading a whole nation.
