The corpse of the well-known Nollywood actor, Charles Okafor, nicknamed Mr. Ibu, has been transported to Enugu State.
It arrived on Tuesday and was accompanied by members of his family, including his second son, all captured in video making the rounds.

WITHINNIGERIA reports that the veteran actor died of cardiac arrest on Saturday, at 62, at Evercare Hospital in Lagos after a protracted illness that led to the amputation of one of his legs.
The late veteran was diagnosed with diseased blood vessels.His family had solicited funds from Nigerians, saying the actor “had constant clotting of the blood in his leg [diseased blood vessels] and other health challenges posing a risk to his life, therefore the need for the amputation.”

In the video, the late film star’s wife, Stella Maris, was spotted. She was seen wearing big dark eyeshades and an all-black outfit to mourn her late husband while watching them wheel his body away.
The video of Mr Ibu’s corpse as well as his wife’s presence among other things drew reactions from netizens.
The National President of the Actors Guild of Nigeria, AGN, Emeka Rollas also revealed the cause of death of the Nollywood actor. In an Instagram post late on Saturday, Rollas disclosed that Mr Ibu “suffered a cardiac arrest”.
