I don’t think I’ll fall in love again – Shakira admits after split from Pique

Shakira expresses doubt over finding love again

Colombian singer Shakira has opened up about her doubts on falling in love again, after her recent split from longtime partner Gerard Pique.

After 11 years together, Shakira and Gerard Pique announced their separation in June 2022.

Their separation followed suspicions of Pique’s infidelity.

The singer revealed that the pain of heartbreak has left her feeling hesitant to open her heart to someone new.

Speaking on Zane Lowe’s Apple Music 1 show, Shakira stated:

“I thought love would be there forever for me, and that’s one of my broken dreams.

“I don’t know if I’d like to find that again. Probably not.”

Despite her heartbreak, Shakira has remained focused on her music.

Her highly anticipated 12th album, “Las Mujeres Ya No Lloran,” was recently released, signifying her return to the music scene.

In another story, Shakira puts witch doll facing Gerard Pique’s mother’s house sparking family feud.

Shakira is making it abundantly clear that her relationship with her ex-boyfriend Gerard Pique did not end well. According to reports, Shakira has a life-size witch doll on her balcony, which allegedly faces her ex-mother-in-law’s house as she redecorates her home in Spain.

The move followed her highly publicized divorce from soccer player Gerard Piqué in July 2022.

Shakira released a song titled Shakira Bzrp Music Sessions 53, which is said to be a diss track with lyrics aimed at her ex and his new girlfriend. With the line “I’m worth two 22’s,” one lyric appears to refer to the 23-year-old. You exchanged your Ferrari for a Twingo. You exchanged your Rolex for a Casio.”

Residents claimed to have heard the singer ‘blasting the song at full volume’ from her home.

Another lyric seems to be aiming at her neighbour with the line, “You left my mother-in-law as my neighbour, with the press at the door and the debt in the Treasury…”

Fans appear to enjoy the drama, with many applauding Shakira for her vengeance.
