May D, celebrated for his 2013 hit track “Ile Ijo,” found himself publicly called out by a self-identified waitress. She took to the platform to share detailed screenshots of receipts and excerpts from her WhatsApp conversation with the singer’s management, firmly insisting on the settlement of the outstanding debt..

May D, in 2022 revealed that he is no longer signed onto Davido’s DMW label after he penned an agreement with the label some time ago.
Fans of Davido expected much from him when he signed onto the DMW label but very little was heard of him in terms of hit songs and dominating streaming charts.
