- Young Duu has intensified his public feud with skit maker and singer Carter Efe, following revelations about royalties from his hit song “Oyinmo.”
- In a viral video, the singer accused Carter Efe of being associated with a verified X account purportedly used to criticize Davido during an online altercation with BNXN.
- This latest allegation of Carter Efe operating a burner account has ignited a heated debate online, fueling speculation and drawing widespread attention to the ongoing controversy.
Young Duu, a former signee of Portable, has alleged that comedian-turned-artist Carter Efe opened a fake social media account in his name to drag Davido.
Recall that after his fallout with Portable last year, Young Duu formed an alliance with Carter Efe. Together, they released a song titled “Oyinmo” in November to strengthen their partnership.
Their relationship soured over disagreements regarding the sharing formula of royalties from the song, with Young Duu accusing Carter Efe of unfair treatment and not providing him with his rightful share.
In a recent video message posted on his Instagram account, Young Duu accused the skit maker of creating a fake social media profile under his name to taunt Davido.
Young Duu said, “Cater Efe, God will punish you. You are using a Twitter account in my name to troll Davido. He will think I am the one attacking him. It’s unfair. You are fake.”
