- Primeboy, a bosom buddy of the late Mohbad, has ignited a storm of speculation by publicly challenging Wunmi, the widow of Mohbad, to divulge the truth surrounding her husband’s untimely demise.
- Taking center stage on his social media platform, Primeboy unleashed a bombshell, thrusting into the spotlight a copy of the petition lodged against Wunmi.
Owodunni Ibrahim, also known as Primeboy, a childhood friend of the late singer Ileriouluwa Aloba, widely known as Mohbad, has filed a petition before the police against the deceased’s widow, Wunmi, for alleged false accusations and threats to life.
In a statement posted on his Instagram account last Friday, Primeboy issued a challenge to Wunmi, to come forward and reveal the truth about her late husband’s death.
Taking to his Instagram account, he shared the petition with the following words:
“I told you to stop mentioning my name…… You didn’t stop……. Now It is time to tell the whole world the truth you said you know about what killed your boyfriend (Mohbad)….. Or you face the music!!!!!!!.”
The petition, filed by Alexime Law Associates on behalf of the singer, was addressed to the Assistant Inspector-General of Police, Zone 2 Command, Onikan, Lagos.
In the petition, Primeboy also accused Wunmi of using operatives of the SCID to “intimidate and coerce into making false confession of causing grievous bodily harm on Ilerioluwa Aloba (deceased) aка Mohbad.”
The petition read in part, “Petition against Omowunmii Adebanji (Aloba) for threat to life, false accusation and using men of the State Criminal Investigation Department SCID to intimidate and coerce Mr Owodunsi Ibrahim (our client) into making false confession of causing grievous bodily harm on Ilerioluwa Aloba (deceased ) aка Mohbad.

On March 12, Primeboy visited the State Criminal Investigation Department, Panti, with one Ayobami Fisayo, aka Spending,
Part of the bail conditions granted him during Mohbad’s case was that “he would come to the State CID every Tuesday to sign just to keep an eye on him so that he wouldn’t run away,” according to the state Police Public Relations Officer, Benjamin Hundeyin.
Hundeyin said then that the afro singer was summoned for questioning over alleged defamation of character and other allegations cited in an earlier petition filed by Wunmi.
