- A few hours after Mercy Chinwo and her hubby, Pastor Blessed unveiled their son’s face, Okoronkwo had taken to Facebook to assert that the baby looked very much like Nathaniel Bassey and insinuated that he’s the father of the child alongside an amorous affair between the gospel artistes.
- Amid the heat on social media, Okoronkwo subsequently tendered an apology to all parties affected by his comment.
A netizen identified on Facebook as Okoronkwo Ejike apologizes after making a calumnious comment against gospel singers, Mercy Chinwo and Nathaniel Bassey.
The saga ensued after Mercy Chinwo and her husband, Pastor Blessed Uzochikwa unveiled their son’s face for the first time, sparking reactions from netizens.
In light of this, Okoronkwo Ejike took to his Facebook handle, claiming that the baby looked exactly like Nathaniel Bassey.
He added that the child belongs to Nathaniel Bassey and nobody can tell him otherwise.
Ejike further hinted at the possibility of a romantic affair between the gospel singers which eventually brought the baby.
He wrote:
“This is the true face of Mercy Chinwo’s child she was hiding after giving birth But the truth is that this little baby looks exactly like Singer Nathaniel Bassey.
Nothing anybody wan reason me oh, this child is Nathaniel Bassey’s baby, just maybe there was a secret away match that occured otherwise how can we make emperical sense of this.”
