Nigerian filmmaker cum movie actress, Funke Akindele has denied rumours of bleaching her skin.

The movie star and mother of two who is dark skinned, while partaking in a trending TikTok challenge shared before and after photos of herself, which has led many in awe of her transformation and glow.

Funke Akindele made it known that she did not bleach her skin, while admonishing her fans and followers to never forget the days of their little beginnings.

Sharing a message for them with her throwback photos as inspiration, she told them to be inspired, and stay focused as someday they will get there.

The mother of two wrote:

“I no blish o!!! Na trend on TikTok o!!
Never despise the days of little beginnings.
Be inspired, stay focused, you will get there”.

A week ago Funke Akindele shared some rare photos and videos of her twin boys, Taiwo and Kehinde, while they vacationed together in Dubai.

The movie star rarely shares photos or videos of her twins on social media and she does, she never shows their faces.

Showing her twins facing her, with their backs turned to the camera, Funke Akindele shared a boomerang clip of them dancing.

The mother of two shared the pictures and video on her Instagram story on Thursday, showing off the twins enjoying their bath in a jacuzzi alongside their mother, actress Juliana Olayode and others.

Funke and her ex-husband JJC got married in a private ceremony in London on August 23, 2016, the eve of her 39th birthday
