Okoli Classic, a content creator who rose to fame after Davido gifted her N2M has spoken on the fatal boat crash which killed Jnr Pope and 4 others in Anam River, Anambra State.
Recall that actor TC Virus who happened to be among the survivors of the boat crash, disclosed that he saved Okoli Classic by holding onto the rope of the boat.
However, in a contrasting account, Okoli Classic in a video avowed that nobody saved her.
She added that she wasn’t even on the boat.
Okoli Classic opened up about not feeling too well after eating on the evening that preceded the ‘black day’ which made her return to her hotel room.
According to her, she didn’t wake up early thr next day and missed 14 phone calls from her colleagues who boarded the boat.
She added that she subsequently joined Adanma Luke as they proceeded to the movie location but on their way, they remembered they had left someone behind and as they reversed to pick the person, they got the terrible news.

Meanwhile, the makeup artist, Abigail Frederick, who tragically lost her life alongside Jnr Pope and four others in a boat accident on Anam River in Anambra State, has finally been laid to rest in Akwa Ibom State.
Originally buried at the riverbank due to her family’s inability to pay for necessary sacrifices and other bills, her remains were exhumed on April 14th following the intervention of the Akwa Ibom governor.
He pledged to transport her body to her hometown for a proper burial.
Subsequently, images and a video capturing the funeral proceedings have surfaced on the internet.
The visuals depict a significant turnout of mourners, reflecting the widespread sympathy for the deceased.
Governor Umo Eno’s compassionate gesture has garnered widespread praise and appreciation from the public for ensuring late Abigail Frederick received a proper burial.
