- Brymo has resumed dragging his colleague Burna Boy, fearlessly tagging his social media handle to buttress his point.
- The indigenous artiste claimed that the Grammy award-winning singer is emulating his voice and not making good use of it.
- Brymo further challenged the Last Last crooner with a list of requests.
Nigerian singer Ọlawale Ọlọfọrọ, better known as Brymo, has resumed fight with his chief rival, Damini Ogulu, popularly known as Burna Boy.
Brymo took to the photo and video sharing app to ask his colleague, Burna Boy to resign from the pop scene.
He advised the ‘African Giant’ crooner to “take a cause and focus.”
Brymo said Burna Boy has been yearning for his attention despite his international accolades because he is “on deity level” in the music industry.
The ‘Ara’ singer added that he is willing to help Burna Boy if he asks like “a man and respectfully.”
On his Instagram story, Brymo wrote:
“@BurnaBoyGram Yo! Three things… 1. You need to leave the pop scene. You are seriously looking almost ugly and with a voice like mine that can’t sing to boot, take a cause and focus. You need to give the world the things you were deprived.
“2. Am on deity level. Any wonder why you can’t resist the yearning for my attention? Not even your international renown is enough to make you look past me who does not have anything supposedly close to what you are purported to have.
“What do you want? I can help if you ask like a man and respectfully.”
Recall Burna Boy dissed Brymo during a freestyle with his band in October last year after Brymo accused him of song theft.
Brymo alleged that Burna Boy’s ‘City Boys’ and ‘I Told Them’ sampled the title track of his album, ‘Macabre’.
Since then, the duo have been engaged in a social media war.
