Dr Roy urged blogs to get facts right before putting out stories online.

Nigerian singer and music producer, Dr Roy has come up to address brouhahas trailing his latest interview.

A few hours ago, a snippet from Dr Roy’s interview on Nedu’s ‘The Honest Bunch’ podcast went viral, where he broke down in tears while narrating the stress and efforts he and Mercy Chinwo put into making some of the latter’s hit tracks.

He revealed that when his father had stroke, he didn’t get any support from his team despite placing a call across.

In reaction to the video, netizens and some media houses who felt Roy was referring to Mercy Chinwo insinuated that he was calling out the ‘Obinasom’ hitmaker.

However, in a recent development, Roy took to his Instagram story to clear the air.

He avowed that he wasn’t calling out Mercy Chinwo, stating that they both suffered the same fate.

He disclosed that he was dragging Eezee Tee, the owner of Eezee Concepts.

He averred that Mercy Chinwo was the one who helped him when his father had stroke and died.

Roy further urged blogs to report right.
