Megan Thee Stallion sued for allegedly forcing cameraman to watch s3xual act

Megan Thee Stallion slammed with a lawsuit for allegedly coercing Photographer to witness a s3xual act

A legal case has been brought against Megan Thee Stallion by his cameraman named Emilio Garcia, who has been working with the hip-hop artist since 2018.

The lawsuit was filed on Tuesday in Los Angeles Superior Court, accusing Megan of compelling Garcia to observe a s3xual encounter while they were in a moving vehicle.

According to Ron Zambrano, Garcia’s legal representative, he should never have been forced into a situation where he had to witness Megan engaging in a s3xual act with another woman.

Emilio should never have been put in a position of having to be in the vehicle with her while she had sex with another woman,” Garcia’s attorney, Ron Zambrano stated.

The complaint also mentioned breaches of employment regulations and offensive comments made about Garcia’s body weight.

Garcia is looking for unspecified compensation for what his lawyer called a clear example of “s3xual harassment” and “body-shaming.”

Megan Thee Stallion has however refuted the claims made against her.

In a statement, the rapper’s attorney, Alex Spiro, asserted that the lawsuit is primarily motivated by a desire for financial gain.

This is an employment claim for money—with no sexual harassment claim filed and with salacious accusations to attempt to embarrass her.

“We will deal with this in court,” he stated.

Late 2023, Megan Thee Stallion revealed that she is turning over a new leaf.

Megan Thee Stallion  recently announced her decision to embrace the path of celibacy, indicating a remarkable transformation for the usually unapologetically seductive artist.

The singer emphasized that she is “done with the streets” and stated that she is no longer “a s3x freak.”

She claims that men on the “streets” are so “toxic.”
