Nigerian rapper, Darlington Okoye, widely known as Speed Darlington has vented his fury towards his maternal aunt, Helen Chinasa, accusing her of unlawfully seizing his land.
The controversy surrounding the issue began when Speed disclosed that his relatives had gifted him the land back in 1994 before he travelled to America in 2001.
However, upon his return five years later, he found that Chinasa had taken control of the property.
Reportedly, Chinasa has constructed a Sabbath church on the land and is profiting from offerings collected from its members.
Despite Speed’s efforts to reclaim his rightful ownership, Chinasa remains adamant in her refusal to relinquish control.
Adding to the tension, Speed claimed that Chinasa had allegedly orchestrated meetings aimed at planning his death.
Speed vehemently asserted that he would not meet his end before his older aunt and warned of potential consequences should she proceed with her negative intentions.
Furthermore, Speed warned Chinasa to address her challenges at her husband’s residence rather than unjustly retaining his property.
He emphasized his determination to pursue all available avenues to rectify the situation and reclaim what rightfully belongs to him.
