Timaya had recently faced backlash for referring to the clash between Davido and Wizkid as an ‘Industry fight‘. He received heavy criticism for getting involved in the dispute.
Later on, the singer responded and clarified the situation regarding the controversial tweet. Timaya stated that it was not him who posted the tweet, but rather a member of his team who had control over his social media accounts.
He identified Bolaji Fadipe as the individual behind the tweet from his account, despite being warned about it beforehand.
In a bold move, Timaya publicly called out Bolaji Fadipe as being crazy and expressed his desire for him to enjoy the attention he was seeking.
“BOLAJI FADIPE U ARE A MAD MAN FOR TWEETING WITH MY HANDLE. I have warned u severely but u wouldn’t listen. Y’all know I mind my business but this guy doesn’t listen because u work with my team and have access doesn’t mean u should put me on peoples business. I want u to enjoy the fame u want to hide behind. Fool”
Recall that Davido and Wizkid have been on each other’s neck for hours, following Wizzy’s jab at Davido with video of him crying on his knees.
Wizkid, in a recent Twitter announcement to his fans, playfully incorporated Davido’s teary video as a meme.
When a netizen urged Wizkid to release a new song, Wizkid responded with humor, asking if the request was an attempt to pressure him.
In response to another fan’s insistence that he release new music, Wizkid took a humorous approach by sharing a video of Davido crying and pleading, suggesting that the fan should beg him in a similar fashion before he considers the request.
