Taiwo Cole, the husband of the multifaceted Nollywood star and comedian, Wofai Fada, has launched a spirited response after his family’s outright rejection of his marriage to her.

Earlier, news from WITHIN NIGERIA reported that the prominent Cole family of Victoria Island, Lagos, issued a statement on Saturday denouncing the recent traditional marriage between their son, Taiwo Cole, and Wofai.

The family vehemently disassociated themselves from the union, adamantly declaring their complete unawareness of the marriage plans and emphatically stating that no consent or support was granted to the couple.

They firmly asserted that anyone purporting to be new members of the esteemed Cole heritage should be aware that they are not recognized nor accepted within the family fold.

Amidst the swirling controversy engulfing the union across various online platforms, Taiwo Cole boldly took to his Instagram page to proudly showcase his traditional wedding photos, passionately emphasizing that he had found an exceptional life partner and was resolute in his decision, firmly standing by his choice.

He wrote, “I found a good wife, and there is no going back.”
