Nigerian singer, Inetimi Timaya Odon, popularly known as Timaya pulled an unusual stunt during a recent performance.
In the video, Timaya was seen leading praise and worship at a club in Lagos.
In the viral footage, Timaya initially performed his 2008 classic, “Ogologoma,” from his debut album.
However, he abruptly transitioned into singing a worship song, “It shall be permanent, what the Lord has done for me.”
This unexpected shift sparked enthusiasm among the audience, who eagerly joined in singing along to the song.

In other news, Timaya lashed out at a staff who framed him for comments on Wizkid and Davido’s feud.
Timaya had recently faced backlash for referring to the clash between Davido and Wizkid as an ‘Industry fight‘. He received heavy criticism for getting involved in the dispute.
Later on, the singer responded and clarified the situation regarding the controversial tweet. Timaya stated that it was not him who posted the tweet, but rather a member of his team who had control over his social media accounts.
He identified Bolaji Fadipe as the individual behind the tweet from his account, despite being warned about it beforehand.
In a bold move, Timaya publicly called out Bolaji Fadipe as being crazy and expressed his desire for him to enjoy the attention he was seeking.
