Reality TV star and actress Victoria Iye, popularly known as Vee, has declared a halt on hugging her colleagues and others.
Vee stated that a huge number of people who failed to use deodorant when it was affordable, are making her wary of hugging people now that prices have skyrocketed.
The Big Brother Naija alumna vowed to resume hugging only when deodorant prices drop, emphasizing her concerns about the exorbitant costs of personal care items.
Taking to her social media platform, Vee stated:
“I’m suspending all hugs until deodorant prices become more reasonable. It’s disconcerting that some individuals neglected their personal hygiene when deodorant was 1,000 naira; I fear for our well-being now that prices have soared to 5,000 naira.”
Vee expressed her frustrations about the steep prices and maintenance of wigs, she stated:
“I’m getting tired of wigs. The prices, the maintenance, the heat. It’s all too much for me right now”.
