- Mayorkun has used Nickie Dabarbie’s voice on his new song, which he teased recently, following recent feud between the two
- Some social media users have criticised Mayorkun, suggesting that this action might not sit well with Nickie
Nigerian singer Adewale Mayowa Emmanuel, popularly known as Mayorkun, has sparked controversy with his recent song teaser, which features a vocal sample from Nickie Dabarbie.
This move has drawn widespread criticism, given the pair’s contentious history.
Recall that Nickie Dabarbie had previously accused Mayorkun of attempting to use her for ritualistic purposes and drugging her. Allegations he vehemently denied, claiming they had never met.
He clarified that he has never encountered Nicki DaBarbie in person and was entirely unaware of her existence until the allegations surfaced.
However, in recent update, Mayorkun’s decision to use Nickie’s voice in his new song has raised eyebrows, with some social media users expressing concerns that this might be perceived as disrespectful towards Nickie.
Others speculate whether this entire situation is a clever publicity stunt.
