Famous Nigerian singer Paul Okoye, popularly known as Rudeboy, has taken to social media to express his bemusement over the tactics employed by upcoming artists in their quest for stardom.
The veteran singer took to his Instagram story to question the effectiveness of certain habits commonly associated with budding musicians.
He expressed bewilderment at the notion that holding a lit cigarette and a bottle of alcohol close to the microphone during studio sessions could somehow fast-track an artist’s rise to prominence.
“Abeg!! Who tell dis upcoming artistes say once you hold Igbo for hand and drink close to the microphone for studio you don blow be that.. Who? How?,” Rudeboy queried.
