This criticism quickly turned into a legal fight when Eric Umeofia, the CEO of Erisco Foods, accused Okoli of being part of a plan by his business rivals to harm the company’s reputation.

Despite Chioma Okoli insisting she was innocent and her complaints were genuine, her troubles continued, leading to a distressing outcome in the end.

During the latest court hearing, Okoli’s lawyer shared the sad news that she had sadly suffered a miscarriage, attributing it to the immense stress and anxiety inflicted by the ongoing court case.

Despite the revelation of her miscarriage, the court decided to keep Okoli in jail until they resolved her bail situation, further infuriating and upsetting people.
