“Don’t let me open your book” – Adanma Luke continues to drag Ruby Ojiakor over comment on Jnr Pope’s death

Adanma Luke accused Ruby Ojiakor of monetizing Junior Pope's death

Nollywood actress and producer, Adanma Luke has continued to drag her colleague, Ruby Ojiakor for throwing jabs at her concerning Junior Pope’s death.

Recall that Ruby initially accused Nosa Rex and Adanma Luke of exploiting Junior Pope’s death.

She claimed Baba Rex was using the tragedy for Instagram content, while Adanma Luke was allegedly spreading stories about Junior Pope begging her for work.

Baba Rex responded by advising Ruby to respect herself and avoid provoking him, explaining that his video of a movie director asking him to dive into a river was not meant for exploitation rather it aimed at sending an important message.

Adanma Luke countered by accusing Ruby of hypocrisy, noting how Ruby was seeking attention from Junior Pope’s death while labeling her a clout chaser.

Adanma highlighted that Ruby was monetizing the tragedy on her YouTube channel, questioning Ruby’s intentions behind posting a video of her praying for Junior Pope on the channel if not for financial gain.

Adanma further suggested that Ruby should reveal the real reason behind her exaggerated mourning.

In another post, she accused Ruby of signing deals even before Junior Pope was buried, calling out her hypocrisy.

Adanma warned Ruby not to provoke her into revealing more damaging information about her.

She wrote:

“You had to also put it on your monetised YouTube and call other content creators. Why put it there if not to make money with it? Don’t you think it’s time you let the world know the whole truth on why you’re crying more than the bereaved? I believe you can’t even survive the hatred once the world finds out the truth. I have been attacked enough, but since some of my own Nollywood people want to be part of those I have to struggle to deal with, then you all are welcome. Only I and my God can tell all I had to deal with these past weeks and still dealing with.

You were busy collecting and signing deals when your Best friend wasn’t buried yet. It’s not about the online presence but what you’ve been doing offline. Don’t let me open your book, Ruby, the good girl. No one is getting out of this world alive, and nothing happens if God does not approve of it. Allow me to mourn my own way.”
