Portable throws daggers at Davido after chilling together in United States (VIDEO)

From the moment Portable and Davido were spotted dining together in the United States, many foresaw trouble brewing, and unfortunately, their fears were justified. Whether a celebrity extends help or not, Portable's outspoken nature knows no bounds, unafraid to speak his minHis knack for falling out with colleagues is etched in stone. Davido, the latest to incur his wrath, faced Portable's cutting remarks despite treating him to a luxurious outing in the US. It's clear that Portable is fearless in voicing his discontent, but he seems to reserve a softer stance for Olamide, whom he credits as the catalyst for his rise to fame

Street-hop sensation Habeeb Okikiola, widely known as Portable, has ignited a firestorm of controversy by unleashing a blistering attack on Afrobeats megastar David “Davido” Adeleke.

In a series of explosive statements, Portable in viral video, claimed that David gave him bad advice during a dinner they shared in the United States just a few days ago.

According to him, Davido, who is signed to Sony Music, advised him about signing with Empire, and following  the footsteps of ace rapper Olamide, instead of joining Sony Music like himself.

Portable didn’t hold back, alleging foul play and questioning Davido’s intentions. He pointed out that, like Davido, he is aiming for a Grammy, yet the DMW boss is pushing him towards a label that might not enhance his chances of winning the prestigious award. This, Portable insinuates, is a deliberate attempt to undermine his career ambitions.

In his tirade, the Zazuu Zeh star made it clear that he values the support of genuine helpers like Skepta and Olamide, who not only gave him gifts but also connected him with global fashion brands.

Speaking during a recent Instagram Live session, Portable said:

“You are signed to Sony Music, but you’re giving me bad advice in America to get signed to Empire and collect advance. The same Grammy you’re chasing is what I’m also chasing.

“Olamide helped me directly, Skepta gave me a verse, money, shoes, clothes and still linked me up with big fashion brands. That’s the kind of helper I want from God not someone who will be following mouth”.
