- Nollywood actor, Mr Nche shared a WhatsApp conversation with the late Stella Ikwuegbu, revealing she was informed him about undergoing surgery.
- He also shared a disturbing post where Stella confided in him about quitting acting due to lack of pay, preferring to sell pure water instead.
Nollywood actor, Mr. Nche who appears to have maintained a close and good relationship with the late veteran actress, Stella Ikwuegbu before her death has shared some unknown details about her.
Taking to Instagram, Mr Nche shared a screenshot of the WhatsApp conversation he had with Stella Ikwuegbu a few days before she passed on.
According to Nche, she only told him she was about to undergo surgery, promising to get back to him as soon as possible.
In his words:
“For some asking why I wrote she wasn’t sick. She said that she will be going for a surgery on Thursday 13th June and I wished her a successful surgery.
Not aware she was sick. May your soul rest in peace. “

He averred that Stella told him that she isn’t on the screen because she doesn’t want to act rather she prefers to stay at home and sell her pure water instead of acting for free, jumping from one location to another without money.
Narrating the ordeal, Nche wrote:
“My Son, the reason it seems like am not acting again is because I don’t want to act for free, I have responsibilities. I rather be a happy pure water seller than going to locations everyday yet no kobo.
Man’ s negative opinion about you holds no water. What you have conquered and what you’ re enduring will make dem madi in a minute.
I know where my strength comes from #family.”
