She dey copy Destiny Etiko – Chinenye Eucharia’s live snake video sets off alarm bells

Without a shadow of a doubt, Chinenye Eucharia's meteoric rise to fame in Nollywood, with movie roles pouring in left and right, is a direct result of Destiny Etiko's mentorship and guidance. Destiny took Chinenye under her wing, sharing the secrets of the trade, and now the protégée is basking in the spotlight. So, when a video surfaced showing Chinenye fearlessly handling a live snake on set, it inevitably evoked memories of Destiny's own viral snake-handling moment. The internet was abuzz with comparisons and also raised legitimate concerns online about the risks associated with such daring roles.

The internet is ablaze with massive reactions and growing concerns over a viral video capturing Nollywood’s rising star, Chinenye Eucharia, fearlessly handling a live serpent during a movie shoot.

Movie producer Stanley OnTop caused a stir on Instagram when he shared a compelling video of Chinenye Eucharia on set, dressed in a school uniform and confronted with the challenge of handling a live snake for her role in the upcoming film.

Initially hesitant, Chinenye visibly displayed her trepidation before summoning a remarkable display of courage, ultimately embracing the serpent as it was draped around her neck.

With nerves of steel, she held the snake close, positioning its head near her face, a moment undoubtedly captured for what promises to be an iconic movie poster.

Stanley OnTop took to social media with a fervent outcry over the unsettling video, expressed profound concerns about the inherent danger of such a spectacle.

He directly addressed Eucharia, questioned her decision to not only handle but also pose with a live snake for filming purposes, highlighted the potential risks involved.

Articulating his apprehension, Stanley voiced fears about unforeseen circumstances that could arise from the use of live reptiles in movie scenes. Urging prudence and conscientiousness in filmmaking practices, he implored Eucharia and fellow actors to prioritize their safety by learning to assertively decline perilous roles.

In a resolute call to action, Stanley appealed to the Presidents of the Actors Guild of Nigeria (AGN) and the Cinema Distribution Guild of Nigeria (CDGN) to enforce a comprehensive ban on the use of live snakes in movie productions.

Stanley OnTop wrote;

Dear @euchariaofficial why would you carry a life snake to act movie or even use it to take pictures. What if the unforeseen circumstances occurs while using the life snake. Haaaaaaa Chineke God .

“Y’all should learn to say NO,AGN President and CDGN President should pls ban the use of life snakes in movie production, it is extremely dangerous Let’s avoid all these accidents before they happen.,Am calling on all stakeholders in Nollywood to look into this matter pls.
