Nigerian singer Dammy Krane has persisted in his public allegations against fellow musician Davido, disregarding a cease and desist notice from Davido’s legal team.

The controversy began when Dammy Krane made contentious statements about Davido just days before the latter’s wedding to Chioma Rowland.

In response, Davido’s lawyer promptly issued a formal request for Dammy Krane to retract his statements from all social media platforms within 24 hours.

However, Dammy Krane chose not to comply with the legal demand. Instead, he escalated the situation by sharing a video featuring a police officer’s account regarding the circumstances surrounding the death of Davido’s friend, Tagbo.

In the video, the police officer alleges that Tagbo was left alone in his vehicle according to instructions purportedly from Davido.

The officer claims that CCTV footage contradicts Davido’s public statements about the incident.

In defiance of the legal warnings, Dammy Krane has positioned himself as a witness to the events involving Tagbo’s death.

He wrote;

“BTW @PoliceNG I’M A WITNESS TO WHAT @davido DID TO TAGBO 🕊 NO PEACE FOR THE WICKED. JUSTICE FOR TAGBO ✊🏾— INDUSTRY LANDLORD.”
