Inside the court premises, Mohbad’s mother was spotted alongside her grandson Liam, joining in a heartfelt prayer offered by a sympathetic well-wisher for the little toddler.
She didn’t hesitate to voice her frustrations, accusing Mohbad’s father of obstructing their son’s reburial arrangements with fresh allegations.
Her words;
“We thought people wanted justice for Mohbad but they are l¥ing, they are just using it to make money. Mohbad’s father Jossy is the cause of all these. He’s making his children and Mohbad’s wife s¥ffer. He has forgotten that I’m his first wife.
I came to court today because I don’t want them to do a second autopsy on my son. They already said they dont know what happened him, I dont want them to do any autopsy again.
They should go and do the DNA and since Jossy said he knows what k#lled his son, so why is he stressing me, does he want to r¥in his future?.
He has many wives and children unlike me. The sample they want to use to do the second autopsy they should use it to do DNA instead so my child can go and rest. Jossy is fine and living his life unlike me. I cry everyday.”

Recall that the family expressed dissatisfaction with the autopsy results, by the Lagos State University Teaching Hospital (LASUTH) to ascertain the cause of his death, which were deemed inconclusive.
The Aloba family rejected the result and urged the Lagos State Government on June 16 to confirm the autopsy’s authenticity because of the public’s doubts and conflicting reports.
Mohbad’s family appealed to the coroner’s inquest’s presiding magistrate to ensure that an independent toxicology report is submitted to the court before the final report is submitted to the authorities.
The coroner’s inquest revealed that the first autopsy provided no conclusive cause of death.
During the hearing on Wednesday, June 26 at a magistrate court in Ikorodu, Mohad’s family and their legal representatives were granted permission for a second autopsy,
The family and their legal team confirmed they received the court’s authorisation to proceed with the additional autopsy.
