The boy confessed to an attempted poisoning of his mother, a situation that has captured significant attention on social media.
In a viral video, the boy was seen being interrogated about his motive to kill his mother.
He explained that he had been disowned by his biological parents after trying to sleep with his boss’s daughter, leading to his adoption by his current mother.
During the interrogation, the boy revealed that he was twice approached by a man who handed him a poisonous substance intended to be mixed into his mother’s tea.
The stranger’s identity remained undisclosed by the boy, as he denied knowing his name and had only encountered him on two occasions.
Faced with threats during the questioning, the boy pleaded for his life when asked to drink the poison he had prepared for his mother.

Rita Edochie subsequently reacted to this disturbing post by expressing her outrage and condemnation of the boy’s actions.
She expressed her strong disapproval of the boy’s behavior, not only for the attempted poisoning but also for his previous misconduct that led to his disownment.
She wrote:
“HE HAS BEEN A BAD CHILD IMAGINE SLEEPING WITH AGIRL AT THIS AGE AND WAS SENT AWAY KIA I NO GO BETTER FOR DEVIL AND ALL HIM COHORT.”
