Nigerian media personality Abisoye Olukoya Michael, popularly known as Oyemykke, has weighed in on the controversy involving actress Iyabo Ojo and the death of singer Ilerioluwa Oladimeji Aloba, known as Mohbad.
Since Mohbad’s tragic death in September 2023, Iyabo Ojo and a few others have been vocal in their quest for justice for the late singer.
Oyemykke took to social media to express his frustration over the criticisms directed at Iyabo Ojo by figures such as Vincent Martins Otse, known as VeryDarkMan, and others.
According to Oyemykke, there appears to be a deliberate agenda to discredit Iyabo Ojo.
The media personality questioned why Iyabo Ojo is being targeted as if she was directly involved in Mohbad’s death.
He suggested that those genuinely interested in solving the case should approach Mohbad’s family for answers rather than attacking Iyabo Ojo.
In a subsequent post, Oyemykke criticized VeryDarkMan for his approach to the situation. He accused VeryDarkMan of being an armchair critic who fails to take tangible actions regarding the case but is quick to condemn others who are making efforts.
Oyemykke urged VeryDarkMan to take a more proactive stance and start the investigation from the ground up to make a meaningful impact.
