Sophia Momodu’s affidavit alleges that Davido manipulated their daughter as a means to maintain a sexual relationship, withholding financial support and parental responsibilities whenever Sophia attempted to end their romantic relationship.

The businesswoman accuses Davido of neglecting Imade’s welfare, labeling him an “absentee father” who prioritizes his career and lavish lifestyle over his parental duties.

One of the most startling claims in the affidavit involves an alleged attempt by Davido’s family to abduct Imade when she was just three months old, reportedly planning to take her out of the country without Sophia’s consent.

Sophia Momodu went on to criticize Davido’s personal conduct, labeling him a “world-acclaimed womanizer” and suggesting that his lifestyle creates an unsafe environment for their daughter.

Furthermore, she references a tragic incident in 2022 involving the death of Davido’s son.
