During a recent appearance on the +44 podcast show, Davido spoke about how he played a role in connecting British-Nigerian producer Maleek Berry with Wizkid.
He explained that he was instrumental in facilitating a collaboration between Maleek Berry and Wizkid.
Reflecting on his time in London, Davido stated partly:
“The first place I went to when I ran from home was London. London is like a second home for me. I am the first to know Maleek Berry, I introduced Maleek Berry to Wizkid. From there, I came back to Nigeria”.
