Actor Chidi Mokeme has penned a touching tribute to his colleague and friend Kate Henshaw in celebration of her 53rd birthday.
On Friday, Chidi, 52, took to Instagram to share a video of Kate, accompanied by a voiceover in which he expressed his admiration and affection.
Beginning with “Mi amor,” meaning “my love” in Spanish, Chidi’s voiceover highlighted the charm and appeal of Kate, describing her as someone who captivates everyone she meets.
“Everyone who comes in contact with you falls in love with you at first glance, at first meet, at first hello,” he remarked, “The vampire queen, look at you making healthy living look so sexy.”
Chidi’s tribute continued with a string of endearing words.
“Woman with a heart of gold, Oluwa Kate, Kate the great. Child of grace,” he concluded with a heartfelt birthday wish, saying, “You know I love you babe, happy birthday.”
The post was captioned with accolades for Kate, emphasising her qualities and achievements:

All of you and none of me each and every blessed day I am loaned. Thank you, Jesus, for another year. I am beyond grateful for all that you have blessed me with. In February, Chidi and Kate sparked dating rumours after a video showed them hugging and briefly kissing on a movie set.
The kiss sparked speculation about their relationship. However, both actors have since moved on, with neither commenting on it.
