Nollywood actor Duro Michael has made a fiery declaration of his readiness to dive back into the acting world after the heartbreaking loss of one of his legs. Just months ago, the actor found himself in a desperate plight, battling a severe illness and crying out for help.
His prayers were answered by Prophet Jeremiah Fufeyin, who generously covered the medical expenses leading to the amputation of Michael’s leg.
In a deeply new moving video that has set the internet ablaze, Michael passionately appealed to moviemakers for roles, asserting with unshakeable confidence that he is more than fit to return to the screen, despite his physical setback.

Duro Michael isn’t the first actor to face leg amputation; several others have endured similar fates, including the late Mr. Ibu not long ago.
In October 2023, Mr Ibu fell ill and one of his legs was amputated to keep him alive. The amputation became necessary due to ajn infection of the arteries at the ankle that was not detected early enough. Following the amputation, the popular Nollywood actor died of cardiac arrest.
