Nigerian musician, Innocent Ujah Idibia, better known as 2Baba, has said his colleague, Burna Boy is currently among the top five music artistes in the world.
2Baba, who stated this while reacting to a video of Burna Boy performing his hit song ‘Last Last’ at a festival in Europe, noted that his statement is from a place of inspiration.
He added that Burna Boy’s global stardom was “all a dream.” 2Face wrote on social media:
Burna [Boy] is in the Top 5 music artistes in the world right now. I say this from an inspirational place, it was all a dream.”
Burna Boy recently became the first African artiste to sell out the London Stadium twice last month.
He also received a Brit plaque as the first African singer to earn 2 billion streams in the United Kingdom at his sold-out show at Koko Camden in London.
In other news, mixed reactions have trailed a viral recording of versatile Nollywood actress Binta Ayo Mogaji, where she spoke about her relationship with fellow actor Jibola Dabo.
Binta Ayo Mogaji revealed that she and the veteran actor dated and she had her only child for him, six weeks before her 40th birthday.
She also shared her relationship experience with the actor and how they dated on and off, which led to them having a child while they lived together.
Binta Ayo maintained that Jibola Dabo never wanted to get married, which he made clear from the onset of their relationship. Ayo Mogaji further stated that they lived together until their child was two but had their differences, so they had to part ways.
